Description
Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd are currently recruiting for Quality Controler with immediate starts in the Thorne area.
 
Job Purpose:
To ensure Product Quality, Product Safety & Product Integrity of the Finished Product.
 
Principle Accountabilities:
Product Quality, Monitoring & Verification of GMP's, Control Points & CCP's. Health & Safety, People, Hygiene and Ensure that the finished product adheres to Customer Specifications.
 
Key Tasks:
To consistently produce product to legal and customer specification.
 
Ensure that those within your area(s) of responsibility adhere to company procedures and legislative health and safety rules.
 
To monitor & Validate HACCP Pre Requisites, GMP's, Control Points & Critical Control Points in your department or areas of work as requested.
 
The completion of the required documentation in an accurate timely manner.
 
Standards of Performance:
Finished Product Quality & Product Integrity
High Hygiene standards
Safe Working Environment
KPI's & Targets are met and service levels adhered to.
 
How job contributes to success of team function, organisation:
Ensure & Validates Product Quality and ultimately Food Safety & Staff Hygiene Ensure product is produced within hygienic surroundings.
Provides the information required to make informed choices.
 
Key Interfaces:
Technical Manager, Hygiene Team leaders, Operations Manager, Factory Manager and Other Supervisors, Site OV & FSA Team.
