- Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd are proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner of a market leading lettings business based in Earby. Our client are part of an international group and are seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Services Officer to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and be focussed on delivering exceptional customer service. The purpose of this role is to ensure UK and Spanish customers receive quality customer service throughout their sales journey. Working within a team of 40 you will be provided with regular training and support and there are clear progression opportunities.
Roles and responsibilities;
· Deal with any issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner
· Liaise with UK and Spanish customers to process bookings and to follow up on enquires
· Providing an exceptional after sales service, gathering feedback from customers in order to constantly seek ways to improve processes
· Processing customer payments
· Liaising with customers in the UK and in Spain over email and via telephone
· Working closely with Senior Management, Senior Advisors and the Executive Team internally to ensure the smooth running of the business
· To identify service issues impacting on the cost and service provision
The ideal candidate;
· MUST be fluent in written and verbal Spanish
· Will have previous customer services experience
· Will be a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
