Reception / administration assistant
8.30 am - 5pm 
Job Responsibilities
  • Meet & greet visitors to site ensure guided to meeting rooms as appropriate, provide refreshments organise resources as required
  • Manage booking documentation ensuring accuracy and timely communication as required.
  • Collect and distribute post, call for delivery information, update spreadsheet and email as required
  • Update various production records as required
  • Order stationary as required ensuring best price is achieved
  • Filing Alba Dockets as required to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Distribute enveloped payslips to department managers as required weekly
  • Assist managers with ad hoc admin duties as required
  • Provide cover/ support for other admin roles as required e.g. sales invoice billing. 
  • Other duties to meet the varying demands of the business associated with this role
