Salary: £7.83 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd are proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner of a fleet hire, sales and support business located close to Barnoldswick. Our client are seeking an Administrator who is immediately available to join the team on a full time, temporary basis for a minimum of two months. It is likely that this role will become permanent for the right person.
Roles and responsibilities;
- Acting as the face of the business, meeting and greeting customers
- Liaising with customers over the phone and via email, assisting with enquires, taking messages and transferring calls to other departments
- Filing, photocopying and faxing
- Processing orders
- Inputting data onto the internal system
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Editing documents and converting word documents into PDF’s
The ideal candidate will;
- Be friendly, outgoing and professional
- Have office administration experience
- Be immediately available
